SupraPlay withdrawals measured against SpinDog’s terms
SupraPlay pays out under terms of its own, though its site code names the same company as SpinDog’s. Its homepage promises withdrawal requests handled within 12 hours. Its terms allow up to 3 days for some payment options and a hold on any payout while identity is checked.

SpinDog sister by its own site code: it names company 3-102-891738, as SpinDog’s does; shown to one player group only; read 11 October 2026
SupraPlay
Its live code names that company only for logged-in players in one group
Its live footer code, for one player group, names company number 3-102-891738 as owner and operator, with an agent acting for Fortaprime SRL
Both casinos’ own code names the same company number, each in a line some players see, which this guide rates a medium-confidence tie and not proof of one shared operator.
The Dutch regulator’s decision of 24 February 2026 names Fortaprime as the provider of supraplay.com, and does not name SpinDog

Card refunds, instalments and the route a payout takes
Against the homepage’s clock, the terms promise only processing as soon as possible, and the route matters as much as the speed. A withdrawal no larger than the card deposit can be paid back to that card, and anything above it goes by another method. A request larger than a payment system’s own limit is paid out in instalments.
Euro is the internal operating currency, so a card payment in another currency can cost slightly more after conversion. A headline payout window is marketing copy, and the clauses above are what a request actually runs on.

Identity checks that can hold a SupraPlay withdrawal
The homepage recommends verifying the account before the first request, and the terms show why. Documents can be requested in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, and failing that, the casino can ask for a video call showing them. A selfie with ID, a selfie with a special sign or a call can be required as well.
- Keep the phone number on the account working. Winnings wait until a call with a manager has taken place, and an invalid or missing number counts as grounds to suspect fraud.
- Answer email and calls after every request. Two weeks after a withdrawal request, an account the casino still cannot reach by email or phone is locked.
- Finish any check once it starts. A failed check, or one left unfinished for two weeks, closes the account for good and confiscates the winnings.
Bilucky runs the same verification clauses.

Records linking SupraPlay with SpinDog
The company line has changed shape. SpinDog’s archived code of 16 May 2026 named Fortaprime SRL itself as owner and operator, where the live line puts the registration number in that place.
Dutch supervisors registered, deposited and played at supraplay.com in November 2024, one of eight websites in the case that the Fortaprime SRL page sets out.
Its terms point elsewhere. Bilucky’s terms are the closest match to SupraPlay’s: 114 of SupraPlay’s 126 general-terms lines appear in them too.

Licence wording beside the company registration
Besides the approval line, its own FAQ answers yes to whether SupraPlay is licensed and safe. Neither its terms nor its homepage gives a licence number or names a regulator. A company number from Costa Rica identifies a business on a register, and a company registration is not a gambling licence.

Limits and blocks around a SupraPlay account
SupraPlay’s deposit limits cannot be set on crypto deposits, so a limit you set there leaves that route open. A cut takes effect at once, while a raise waits for email confirmation and for the old limit to expire. Self-exclusion through support can run for a fixed or an open-ended period, and money left in an excluded account still goes through verification before it is paid.
No document read says an exclusion at SupraPlay reaches another Fortaprime casino, so ask each site you use, and shut gambling sites out of every phone and laptop with a tool such as Gamban or BetBlocker. GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline is free and confidential on 0808 8020 133.
