You give this guide nothing: no account, no form, no payment.

For the UK GDPR, SpinDog Sister Sites is the data controller of the server log lines a visit creates, described below. Write to info@spindogsistersites.co.uk about it.
What the pages store
No cookie, no browser storage, and no analytics, advertising, social or tracking script. Instrument Sans and Newsreader, the guide’s two typefaces, are stored on this domain alongside the pages.
What the server records
Each request leaves one line in the hosting server’s standard access log: the visitor’s IP address, a timestamp, the request line (method, page path and protocol), the response status, the bytes sent, where the visitor came from and the browser’s self-reported name (user agent). The line is kept for security and for fixing faults, never for profiling or advertising; that purpose is the legitimate interest it relies on under the UK GDPR.
The log is rotated every 24 hours and each file is erased after 14 days. It is not sold, and no one else is given it.
Following a source link
Links to sources open the regulator, archive or charity page separately; each runs its own privacy rules and may set cookies. Casino sites are named, not linked. None of the links here pays this site or tracks you.
Rights over the log
Anyone whose visit sits in the log may see those lines, have them fixed or wiped, or refuse their further use. Requests go to info@spindogsistersites.co.uk, ideally with the time of the visit, since entries carry IP addresses and not names. The Information Commissioner’s Office handles complaints about personal data; its site is ico.org.uk.
