Why Bilucky counts as a SpinDog sister

Bilucky’s code names Fortaprime SRL with that number, and the line appears only for logged-in players in one group; SpinDog’s live line names the same number as owner for another group. The Ksa also identified Bilucky as a Fortaprime site after examining it in November 2024 (Fortaprime SRL page). Bilucky’s terms, dated 15 July 2024, broadly match SupraPlay’s and differ from SpinDog’s.

What Bilucky’s terms say about the United Kingdom

Bilucky’s terms leave legality to each player, and a games supplier’s rule reproduced in them bars its games from operators in listed jurisdictions without the right licences, the United Kingdom among them.

Bilucky’s verification deadlines

Bilucky can ask for a selfie with ID, with ID and a special sign, a phone call or a live video call. Two clauses run on a two-week clock, and SpinDog’s live terms have neither.

1. Unreachable after a withdrawal request: account locked. If it cannot reach the player by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, it locks the account.
2. Phone check not passed: account closed and winnings confiscated. Where management calls a player, winnings are not processed until that conversation happens. A procedure not completed within two weeks ends in permanent closure. An invalid or missing phone number is itself treated as grounds to suspect fraud.
3. Keep the contact details live. With money in the account, keep the phone number and email current for two weeks after any withdrawal request.

Limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion at Bilucky

Deposit, loss and wager limits run by day, week or month: a cut applies at once, while a higher limit waits for email confirmation and for the old limit to run out. A session limit logs you out when time is up, and the loss limit counts against your deposit, not your winnings, so after a big win you can lose far more than it.

• Cooling-off blocks deposits and promotions for a set period, though you can still withdraw what’s left.
• A self-exclusion limit disables deposits and withdrawals for a set period, and the account re-opens by itself when it ends.
• Self-exclusion by request, through support, can be open-ended, which avoids the automatic re-opening.
• Money left in an excluded account isn’t lost, but withdrawing it goes through support and may still need verification.

The page names Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. No exclusion at Bilucky is said to reach SpinDog or another Fortaprime site, so each needs its own request, and a blocker such as Gamban or BetBlocker covers every device. Complaints, the claim deadline and Cyprus arbitration

Only the account holder can complain, within one year of the claim arising. Bilucky names no regulator or dispute service, its server logs and records are final, and the arbitration in Cyprus follows Cyprus civil procedure rules. A card chargeback lets Bilucky charge an amount equal to the available balance to cover its costs, close the account and pursue further losses.
