SpinDog review: caps, fees and the company in its code
SpinDog’s live code names company number 3-102-891738 as owner and operator, with an agent acting for Fortaprime SRL, and no licence. Its terms cap withdrawals at 4,000 EUR/USD a day, 8,000 a week and 30,000 a month, and asking before a deposit has been bet three times can draw a processing fee of the casino’s choosing.
Its terms promise notice of changes, so every rule here is dated to the read of its live code on 11 October 2026.

SpinDog’s operator and licensing
SpinDog’s general terms name no company, and its privacy policy, dated 24 July 2025, speaks of a data controller without naming one. Its code’s company line shows to one player group only. The copy of 7 March 2026 has none, the copy of 12 March names Fortaprime SRL as owner, and the live code names the company number as owner, with Fortaprime SRL behind the agent.
The German terms and privacy text of the May 2026 copy are gone from the live code.
The Dutch regulator fined Fortaprime €1,795,000 on 24 February 2026 over eight other websites, SpinDog not among them (Fortaprime SRL page).

Regional restrictions and forfeited winnings
SpinDog’s terms forfeit any winnings obtained by getting round its regional restrictions and leave checking the local law to the player, who carries that risk.

Payout ceilings and the daily profit cap
Worked example: paying out €25,000
On the caps as written, at 8,000 a week, €25,000 takes four weeks’ worth of the cap: €8,000 + €8,000 + €8,000 + €1,000 = €25,000. Each €8,000 needs at least two days at the daily cap (2 × €4,000 = €8,000). The terms leave open whether a week is a calendar week or a rolling seven days, and a profit of €32,000 in one day would first let the casino void the part above the cap (€32,000 − €25,000 = €7,000).

The deposit turnover rule and its open-ended fee
Deposits made without play are added together for the three-times rule, and the fee has neither an amount nor a formula. A €100 deposit needs €100 × 3 = €300 of bets, so a request after €120 falls €300 − €120 = €180 short and leaves the fee open.
The Dutch regulator counted a similar rule at another Fortaprime site, the first website it examined, as an impermissible disadvantage to the consumer, a finding about that site, not SpinDog.

Bonus restrictions and the opt-out setting
SpinDog can void a bonus and its winnings for low-risk roulette play covering 25 or more of the 37 numbers, and an account setting pauses eligibility for all future bonuses and loyalty schemes.

Account closure, disputes and complaints
Two clauses give the casino wide discretion: on suspected fraud it can terminate an account and suspend all payouts without telling the player why, on grounds from collusion and chargebacks to declaring bankruptcy, and it can close any account and refund the balance, less withdrawal charges, without notice. Where a game’s screen result and the game server logs disagree, the server logs are final.
- Write to support first. Quote the clause the casino relies on and ask for a written answer.
- Log every request. Note the time of each withdrawal request and upload. Keep every email and chat.
- Meet the refund deadline. Ask within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if another person used the account.

Limits and self-exclusion at SpinDog
SpinDog’s account code names deposit, loss and wager limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion and reality checks, yet its live terms describe one rule only: deposit limits can’t be applied to crypto deposits, so a limit you set leaves that route open.
